The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the primary carrier for INKJET5 cartridge orders within the contiguous United States.
SHIPPING
RATES
Complimentary shipping is provided by INKJET5 as our way of thanking you for your orders over $50.00.
INKJET5 will ship your order in the most efficient manner possible, while maintaining the lowest possible cost to you. All orders under $50.00 are shipped at a flat fee. Be certain to take advantage of coupon codes or special promotions to save you money shipping your order. Laser toner cartridges are normally shipped by UPS and usually will take 4 to 8 business days to reach you.
GUIDELINES
Inkjet cartridge orders are generally shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Toner cartridges are generally shipped via United Parcel Service, and are priced accordingly. Be certain to take advantage of special offers for free shipping on certain items!
UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes: please be certain to include a valid street address for all UPS shipments and shipments of six or more cartridges and all toner orders to prevent delays in delivery of your order.
In some cases, your order may be shipped in separate packages. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery between packages.
We cannot offer international shipping. Orders must be placed for delivery within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $10.00; shipping to Puerto Rico is $12.00.
We cannot ship to international destinations. Military addresses within the contiguous United States are gladly accepted.
TRACKING
YOUR PACKAGE
Your order is important to INKJET5. We provide you with the ability to track your order from the time it is received until it arrives at its destination, “24/7”. To navigate to our tracking page, please click here. You will receive your package within five to ten business days once it is marked shipped from our facility.
To track your order, you will have to login to your account. Use the email address that you used to create the account and your password.
You will find the menu tab for order tracking located conveniently on the top of this webpage.
If your order has not arrived within ten business days of its being shipped, please submit an order status form. The order tracking page will allow you to review all of your orders and confirm their status. You may also contact one of our customer service agents at 877.INKJET5, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Please contact INKJET5 in the rare event that a shipment is lost after is has left our facility. For your convenience, INKJET5 provides a lost package claim form. INKJET5 will provide reship items upon confirmation by the shipping agency that the package has been lost. Please allow three weeks from the date of shipment to request reshipment of lost merchandise.
