Returning
a product for an exchange, refund,
or replacement
is easy. In order for us to quickly process your request, you must
first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form before
sending anything back to us. Please download the appropriate
forms from the options below:
Under
our warranty policy, you may return a product for either a refund,
replacement or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied. We have a
30-day full money-back product performance guarantee. If within
30 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied with your cartridge,
we will replace your items or refund your money. After 30 days,
we can only accept returns for replacements up to 6 months
from the original date of purchase.

If
you mistakenly ordered and received the wrong
cartridge, the fastest way to exchange is to simply
re-order the new items online and then return
the items you do not want. There will be a 20%
restocking fee on non-defective exchange cartridges.

We

and pass our inspection once we receive it. We

We
will honor our 100% product performance guarantee, with an exchange
or refund based on the following guidelines:
• Cartridge performs poorly upon correct installation.
• Cartridge is damaged during shipping.
• Cartridge must contain at least 70% of the original ink when
sent to us.
• We must receive the cartridge/s before issuing a refund or replacement.
Customers may return "Non-Defective Cartridges" for a refund
or exchange. All non-defective products must be returned in their
original packaging in as-new condition. There will be a 20% restocking
fee on Non-Defective Cartridges that are returned for the following
reasons:
• Customer changed his or her mind after placing their
order.
• Customer ordered the wrong cartridges.
